Efter 3 timmars koktid benades k\u00f6ttet ut och packades i lagom stora burkar. Buljongen silades och fylldes i k\u00f6ttburkarna, som sen frystes in. \u00d6verskottsbuljongen frystes in i petflaskor f\u00f6r att kunna komplettera soppan.
